Yes. Before specialising in Health and Wellness Coaching I completed an MBA and was a business coach and life coach, so it is something I am very comfortable to help my clients with.

What is the difference between a Life Coach and Wellness Coach?
They work similarly, in terms of helping you to define purpose and goals, and to remove the emotional barriers to reaching those goals. But Wellness Coaches focus more on health goals, such as nutrition, fitness and stress. Without health how can you achieve and sustain your business goals?

Can I pay my consultations individually?
Yes you can, but you’ll save if you buy the Wellness Package. And remember, if you finish your Wellness Package early, you can get a partial refund for unused sessions.

Is there a cancellation fee?
Please give us 24-hour’s notice of change of dates or times, otherwise we’ll need to charge 50 per cent of your fee and leave 50 per cent for your next visit.


What is the difference between a Nutritionist and a Naturopath?
Nutritionists usually focus on food, vitamins, minerals and other supplements like natural fibres, super foods, celloids. Although some Naturopaths are also Nutritionists, and may focus on food first, they are trained to provide other services such as massage, herbs, homeopathic and bach flower remedies.


Can I get private health fund rebate on my consultation?
Some private health funds rebate part of your nutrition consultation. If yours does not include rebate on nutritionists, please write and request them to do so. We need help to get Nutritionists included in every health fund.


What is the difference between a nutritionist and a dietitian?
Dietitians hold a university degree and can work in hospitals and government projects, and their study is broader than a nutritionist. Having said that, Advanced Diploma of Nutrition Medicine has more hours of training (including clinic hours) in treating individuals and identifying unique nutrition needs.
